Ray Wolfe is a consultant currently engaged in developing new business opportunities, product promotions, strategic marketing and human resources solutions. Clients include the Boeing Company, CamGUARD Systems, Delphi Corporation, DIRECTV Group, General Motors, GM R*Works, GMAC Financial Services, GMAC Insurance, GMAC Mortgage, Hughes Network Systems, L-3 Communications, PhaseOne, Raytheon Company and XM Satellite Radio.
Previously, Ray spent 30 years with Hughes Electronics, most recently, as a Corporate Marketing Consultant, providing specialized marketing support to the company’s commercial businesses. Assignments included affinity sales for DIRECTV, market strategy and retail sales development for Hughes Network Systems’ DIRECTV and DIRECTWAY satellite products, business plan and strategy development for Hughes/Delco automotive lighting systems and sales and marketing strategy support for Hughes-JVC products. Ray also acted as liaison executive to General Motors for vehicle and GMAC financial product sales.
Earlier, Ray was Manager of Hughes' Corporate Marketing Support Operations where he was responsible for domestic and international trade shows, customer and executive relations, marketing information systems, and company-wide business development training courses. Prior to joining Corporate Marketing, Ray was Manager of Administration, Human Resources and Security for the Hughes Radar Systems Group. Earlier he was Manager of Administration for the Hughes Industrial Electronics Group where he was responsible for human resources, security and administration, including administrative responsibility for personnel assigned to manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and Mexico.
Ray, a graduate of the University of Southern California, lives in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA with his wife Lee. They have two grown children, Jennifer and Christopher.
